Choose a plan
Investor includes unlimited saved deals, comparisons, sensitivity grids, CSV export and reports without a watermark. Professional adds report branding and market-data lookups, subject to coverage and monthly limits.
Stripe shows your price and renewal terms before you pay. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Existing subscribers can manage or cancel in the billing portal. Returning from checkout does not itself activate a plan; payment must be verified.
Delete account and data
Deletion cancels your subscription and removes your sign-in and paid access. Export your work first. Saved deals on other devices and exported files must be removed there. Stripe retains records required for tax or legal purposes. A deletion marker is retained for up to 30 days to prevent delayed billing events restoring access.
To request deletion without signing in, contact privacy@propertypencil.com from your account email. We verify ownership before deleting data.
